 Transportation Information

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping can take up to 7-10 business days.

Please note that the above shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee shipping dates or arrival dates. Shipping times are calculated from the time your order is shipped from us, not from the time the order is placed. Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other similar reasons may increase the estimated shipping time. Thank you for your patience.

United States non-transportable areas: Restricted areas such as Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Armed Forces area.

Return and Refund Policy

As our products are custom-made to your specifications and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 Delivery Delays

While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.

If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

 Damaged Orders

Claims for damaged items must be filed within 5 business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims must be reported to hello@dlcharm.com, with images of the damaged products. Claims received after 5 business days of delivery will not be processed.

Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. DL Charm will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim. Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.

Holiday Shipping

The holiday purchasing season can cause a surge in shipments, which can overwhelm carriers and cause delays in packages. At DL Charm, we make every effort to process and ship your purchases quickly, but we are not responsible for shipping delays during the holiday season. Please shop early to ensure your items arrive on time.

Missing/Lost Packages/Damaged/Stolen Items

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we will not be held liable once the parcel has been accepted by the courier service provider. If your parcel is stolen/lost or damaged, we are unable to replace the item. All lost packages are the responsibility of the courier service provider. Please contact your nearest courier service provider to resolve any shipping issues. If you are able to provide a claim number and details, we may be able to help further in this matter; otherwise, we can only track your package.

 Incorrect Address

As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.

Even if you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order in time.

Unfortunately, if the package was delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake, it will be difficult for us to provide you with a refund or replacement. If you have access to the address or can contact the current occupant, we recommend that you contact them regarding the package. You can also try submitting a lost mail request to your courier service provider to see if the mail can be returned to you.

Is my purchase shipped?

An email will be sent to you after the order has been received and shipped, if you do not receive this email it may be due to your email service provider storing the email in the spam folder of your mailbox, please mark the email as not spam or contact us.
